Welcome to The High Plains Choir

Who are we?

The High Plains Singers is a volunteer secular community choir, meeting in Elizabeth CO.  Our choir averages around 35 members.

The current HPS Choir began in the fall of 1995 as an outlet for community members who wanted to sing.  Our members range in age from 16 to 80 and their abilities vary from trained voices to people who love to sing but may not know how to read music.

No auditions are required. We welcome anyone who would like to join.

Concerts

The High Plains Singers perform two concerts a year. We perform a holiday concert in December and a second concert in the Spring.

We also participate on a regular basis in local events such as at the Elizabeth Memorial Day Service, the Elizabeth Stampede Parade, Wine in the Pines, the Elizabeth Tree Lighting and the Fourth of July celebration at Evans Park. We have performed at nursing homes in the Castle Rock, Colorado area, the grand opening of a new church in Parker, Colorado, and the Pace Center in Parker, CO.
